“When I first started looking for a second home in the Asheville area I was only in the market for a townhouse or condominium due to the fact that I would be absent much of the time and, consequently could not maintain a home and take care of any emergencies that might arise. While looking at condos I happened upon a single family home that my whole family fell in love with.
