For homeowners who live primarily in other locations and have second homes elsewhere, Eye On Your Home is a trusted local second-home property management company. The local term for such owners is “Snow Birds,” but not all second homes are closed up for long periods of time. Some owners want to come into town when the opportunity arises and appreciate the flexibility that is offered by Eye On Your Home to accommodate each owner and their needs.



We watch over the vacant home to protect and preserve the client’s valuable asset. Eye On Your Home is a live insurance policy to start with but, god forbid, if something happens you are glad we are in place. From there we are the Eye to keep your home up to par; out of sight/ out of mind is the reality of a second home. Our goal is to support our client's ability to come to town, turn the key and enjoy their home without having to start work on it.
 A second home requires routine maintenance throughout the year. From fixing a leaky faucet, having the home sparkle upon arrival or supporting a full remodel, there is no home task that Eye On Your Home cannot facilitate for our homeowners. We even grocery shop if needed!   

Eye On Your Home does not lock our owners into contracts or programs. Our work is determined based on owner needs and the ability to adjust as needed. We believe flexibility is crucial to the peace of mind and support needed for this type of client. If a storm comes through and our owner calls in a panic, asking if we can go check on their home sooner than planned, yes, of course, is our answer. If a client decides to spend the whole month of December in town to enjoy Christmas, then we take their home checks off the schedule and there is no fee for the month. Our owners do not have to pay for Eye On Your Home if they do not need us. 

Our real value is supporting the owner's home in the unfortunate event that a security, property damage or maintenance issue arises. Our real value is having Eye On Your Home in place, who will contact the owner immediately and recommend a course of action, expedite, oversee and facilitate. Our vendor circle of life program is about having the relationships with qualified vendors who are the experts in their field, responsive and support our client's needs in a responsible manner, both in efficiency and most importantly priced fairly. Protecting our client’s pocketbooks as well as the actual home is our responsibility. We oversee all details involved in facilitating services. Eye On Your Home communicates with the owner every step of the way to ensure that there are no surprises and the issue or task is resolved to the owner’s satisfaction.
